How To Download The PURE App
Downloading an app on an Apple or iPhone device is a quick and easy process. Here are the steps if you need help getting started:
- Unlock Your Device
Wake up your iPhone or iPad and unlock it using your passcode, Touch ID, or Face ID.
- Go to the App Store
Locate the App Store icon on your home screen. It’s a blue icon with a white letter “A.”
- Open the App Store
Tap on the App Store icon to open the App Store.
- Search for the App
Use the search bar at the bottom of the screen to type the name: pure-medical-spa
- Select the App
You will see the PURE logo as the app’s icon. Tap on the icon to continue.
- Tap “Get”
The PURE app is free, so you’ll see a “Get” button. You can tap “Get” or you may be asked to double-click the side button to install the app.
- Authenticate with Apple ID
If prompted, you may need to authenticate the download with your Apple ID password, Face ID or Touch ID. If not prompted, move to the next step.
- Wait for Download
The app will automatically start downloading, and the PURE icon will appear on your home screen. You’ll see a progress circle on the app icon until the download is complete.
- Open the App
Once the download is finished, tap on the PURE icon on your home screen. The app will ask your permission to send notifications, so click “Allow” to begin.
- Sign in With Your Account Info
You can use the app as a guest or enter your Zenoti account information to fully utilize all of the perks the PURE app had to offer! Please ensure that you use the email address through which you typically receive our communications.
