Having lived in many large cities across the nation, I was concerned about finding a highly skilled, experienced, trustworthy esthetician moving to Boise in 2020. I tried other med-type spas in the treasure valley area and THIS spa is by FAR the BEST! The esthetics team is very knowledge and professional. I have worked with a few estheticians and have had terrific results by all. Julie is a MASTER with Sculptra! My results are very natural and I continue to have friends and family comment on how great I look (not knowing I have had any treatments). I highly recommend Pure Medical Spa to anyone living in the greater Boise area!

I have been coming to Pure for many years now and I'm always so happy when I leave.
First it starts with the staff, Julie (the owner)is fantastic. I fully trust her, which is important since it's my face. She doesn't believe in overdoing it and she makes everything look very natural. She aims to enhance your own beauty and make you look fresh and rested. She's good!
In my opinion, All of the women there are amazing and are really great at what they do.  They are also trained in multiple areas so they can perform any service.
Pure has so many services to offer, I highly recommend going to them for your beauty needs.

I’m not a huge reviewer, but I had to share with the world my experience of my lips. Wow! I’m so impressed. I was very nervous to get lip injections because I’ve seen and heard a million horror stories of it looking too fake, or a butcher job, but Julie did a fabulous job! She made me feel so comfortable and answered all of my questions. Plus she talked me through it the whole time. They look so natural and beautiful I’m so happy and wonder what took me so long to do it. Thank you to Julie and her amazing staff at pure! I’ll be back soon.

The only place I will ever go. Very professional and highly skilled staff. They offer a wide variety of services. Julie is the top injector in the NW and trains her staff to ensure they are of the highest level as well. Everyone is very nice and nonjudgemental. This is the place to go!!

Another amazing experience at PURE! I saw Amber for a Hydrafacial and wrinkle relaxer and she did a phenomenal job. She explained the process of each treatment every step of the way and had a gentle touch. The staff was friendly and welcoming. You know you’re in good hands when you’re at PURE! :)

Pure is a very professional Medical Spa!! The minute you walk in you can feel and recognize the professionalism. Julie knows her injections and business. She hires the best staff ! I had a halo treatment the other day. Carrie was so amazing. She explains every step she is doing and is constantly checking in with you to see how your feeling ! This is my second Halo the results are worth it.

I suffered from adult acne for years, it was the number one thing I hated about my skin. I tried countless products and spent so much money on medical grade skincare, nothing was working. Until I came to Pure and by my third visit I could see a drastic change in my skin! Between the incredible service, the detail and care they take and the time and effort they put in to educating you on your skin. Truly cant say thank you enough.

I was excited to learn about Pure Medical Spa in Meridian. They offer all of the treatments/services that I am interested in plus many more and I believe they’re the only spot in the Treasure Valley that offers the Halo laser. I’ve had this laser treatment in the past and it’s absolutely the best! Halo is Affordable, minimal downtime, excellent results. The staff at Pure are friendly, professional and they get customer service. Highly recommend.

I have had nothing but the best experiences at Pure Med spa. The spa is lovely- the overall feeling is so clean and friendly! Wendy at reception is so warm and kind and helpful. Today I had a profractional procedure done with Leah and it was incredible. I’m not usually comfortable in situations like this but Leah was so kind and professional and GOOD! I had such a good experience- I look forward to more. My past procedures were done by Rachel who is no longer there but she was also amazing. So overall I would HIGHLY recommend Pure

Cristalle is great. She explains every step of the procedures in detail and is conscientious about everything she does from treatments to product recommendations. I trust her advice and my skin looks amazing since I started seeing her. Highly recommend!

Amber is nothing short of Amazing! I have and will continue to recommend her to friends. She is a true artist and an excellent communicator. I trust her completely knowing she is every bit a perfectionist as I am, maybe even more. I've received Dysport to relax wrinkles and treatments to add volume to my lips, laugh lines and other areas of my face and have been so thrilled with the results. Also, the discomfort was manageable and I'm a big baby!

The entire staff, including the client care coordinator (Wendy) to my personal FAVORITE aesthetician (Amber), are knowledgeable about the services and products they provide. I am completely comfortable and confident in every procedure and injectable I have had performed at Pure Medical Spa.
