A Summer of Sculptra

Sculptra is the most subtle, gradual and natural long term injectable we offer. Sculptra is not a dermal filler, it is a Collagen Stimulator that is used to restore facial volume, strengthen skin and improve skin texture and tone that is lost due to aging. Sculptra is injected into the dermis and gradually improves the affected area by stimulating your own collagen causing a more youthful tightening and glow to the skin. It is is a natural and gradual process that will keep your friends guessing how you continue to look younger.

Sculptra^® is different from other dermal fillers in a couple of ways. First, its main active ingredient is poly-L-lactic acid rather than hyaluronic acid. Although hyaluronic acid may also promote collagen production, PLLA is a clinically proven collagen stimulator. Second, Sculptra^® can last up to 2 years, whereas dermal fillers like Juvéderm and Restylane last for about a year.

For most clients, Sculptra^® does not hurt. Depending on your preferences, you may also opt to use a topical anesthetic to minimize any discomfort. 

You will notice your Sculptra^® results throughout the following weeks and months after your injections. If you appear the same directly after your treatment, do not get discouraged. Sculptra^® does not provide immediate results like dermal fillers; however, the long-term benefits are well worth the wait.
